Description of the Assignment: International Consultant to support UNDP team in implementation of project on waste, plastic and circular economy

The overall objective of the assignment is to support the effective implementation and delivery of activities across the Circular Economy, Waste, Chemicals and Oceans Portfolio. The International consultant will assist the portfolio team in collecting and synthesising relevant international good practices; reviewing the Viet Nam country context, policies and implementation experience; and identifying lessons learned and practical insights from ongoing and completed initiatives. The International consultant will also support the preparation, documentation and dissemination of knowledge products, project results and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, informed decision-making and the replication or scaling-up of effective approaches.

Period of assignment/services: From 15 November 2026 to 30 June 2027 (155 working days) - Office-based, Hanoi
