ILO Service Contract - Professional videography, photography and visual communications services for the launch of the Port of Cape Town Operational Excellence Programme

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is pleased to invite your organization to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). To enable you to prepare a responsive proposal, please carefully review the RFP documents and all annexes available in the attachment area of the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer). These documents contain the Terms of Reference, proposal submission requirements, evaluation criteria, contractual terms, and all other information necessary for the preparation of your proposal. The ILO must receive your proposal no later than the deadline indicated on the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer). Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be considered. In accordance with the instructions to bidders, all components of the proposal, including the technical proposal, financial proposal, and any supporting documentation, must be uploaded and submitted through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform before the submission deadline. By participating in this RFP, bidders acknowledge and accept the ILO Terms and Conditions of Contract and any additional contractual requirements specified in the solicitation documents. Failure to comply with the requirements of the RFP, its annexes, or the applicable contractual conditions may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and excluded from further evaluation.
