Provision of Physical and Mobility Assistive Technology Services for Children and Young People with Disabilities in Myanmar

1. Purpose
1.1 The purpose of this RFPS is to solicit proposals for Provision of Physical and Mobility
Assistive Technology services for Children and Young People with Disabilities in Myanmar as
per the Terms of Reference attached as Annex B.

2. Submission Deadline and Proposal Opening
2.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is 3:00pm Myanmar Time on 9 November 2026.
Emailed bids must be sent exclusively to procurementyangon@unicef.org in a non-editable
format (e.g., PDF), clearly marked with the RFP reference number LRPS-2026-9206595 and the company name in the subject line: e.g.,

- "LRPS-2026-9206595 - Technical Proposal - Company Name"
- "LRPS-2026-9206595 - Financial Proposal - Company Name"

Proposals are not to be sent to individual UNICEF staff members. Any proposal sent to
individual UNICEF staff members will be disqualified.

2.2 A Proposer will submit technical and financial proposals separately.

The technical proposal submission must include:
- The Request for Proposal for Services Form (Pages 3-5 of this document)
- A technical proposal and supporting documentation as required in the Terms of Reference
(Annex B)
- A completed Supplier Profile Form (Annex D)
The financial proposal submission must include:
- A completed Financial Proposal Template (Annex C)
 
3. Pre-bid Conference
3.1 An online pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00am Myanmar Time on 23 October 2026.
Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name,
designation, email address) to Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org), copying Ayako Okamura
(aokamura@unicef.org) and Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org) by 12:00pm (noon)
Myanmar Time on 22 October 2026. A Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered
companies/participants.
