Provision of Half-Day Conferencing amenities on 10 November 2026 for 40 pax in Windhoek Namibia The International Labour Office (ILO) is hereby requesting for quotations for conferencing services as follows: Conference Facilities for 40 participants for 0.5 day on 10 November 2026 . Conference package to include: • Venue Hire (must safely and comfortably accommodate 40 people) • Conference set up (with cordials and mints); • PA system (including at least 2 codeless microphones) • Projector; • Projector Screen; • Morning Teas with sandwiches at 10am • Lunch (starter, main course, dessert and one soft drink/juice per person); • Bottled Water (three per person per day); • Wi-Fi Connectivity; • Air Conditioning; • Stationery (including flip charts, flip chart stand, pen, paper, markers).
