Description

The OSCE requires consultancy services to implement the tasks on adaptation to climate change and increasing preparedness for and resilience to naturally induced disasters, more specifically preparation of maps, hydrological models, early warning and response systems for flood, including improving Flood Early Warning Systems across three areas of Ukraine in the Dniester Basin.
