Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks an External Collaborator to undertake a systematic mapping and comparative review of living wage and living income initiatives, benchmarks and methodologies in India. The assignment will undertake a broad national-level mapping of relevant initiatives across sectors, supply chains and geographies, followed by more in-depth analysis of a purposively selected set of areas; review estimation methodologies, implementation experiences and available evidence; comparatively analyse living wage estimation methodologies and operationalisation initiatives against the relevant ILO principles, while examining living income initiatives separately; and document selected implementation experiences, lessons learned and evidence gaps. The assignment will also develop a structured stakeholder mapping database and analytical report to support future national and sectoral dialogue on living wages in India and inform the ILO Living Wage Programme. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
