Call for External Collaborator: Independent Research on Namibia’s proposed National Pension Fund

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Industry National Pension Fund (NPF) Working Group, led by the Namibian Employers’ Federation (NEF), represents Namibia’s retirement funding and financial services sector. It seeks a qualified consultant or consulting team for independent research on Namibia’s proposed National Pension Fund, covering its design, coverage, adequacy, affordability, sustainability, governance, institutional implications and effects on existing occupational funds – to inform NEF and the Working Group’s engagement and policy dialogue. The assignment will run from contract signature until 31 May 2027 and will produce a Work Plan, an Inception Report, a Progress Brief, a Draft and Final Research Report, a findings presentation and an Executive Summary.
