INVITATION FOR BIDDING

LITB-2026-9206632 – Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Mongolia Country Office, invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of laboratory equipment in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements set out in the bidding documents.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery term: CIP Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (Incoterms® 2020).

• Delivery period: As specified in the bidding documents.

Payment Terms

Payment shall be made within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice, subject to the applicable contractual requirements and acceptance of the goods by UNICEF.

Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the instructions, technical specifications, and terms and conditions provided in the official bidding documents.

Bids must be complete and submitted through the designated submission channel before the deadline specified in the bidding documents. Late submissions may not be accepted.

Bidders shall ensure that their offers comply with all mandatory technical and commercial requirements and include all required supporting documentation.

Clarifications

Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the bidding documents shall be submitted to UNICEF Mongolia via mglprocurement@unicef.org, within the clarification period specified in the bidding documents.

Important Notice

All bids shall be evaluated in accordance with the requirements and conditions stipulated in the bidding documents. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring liability to the affected bidders, subject to the applicable solicitation terms and conditions.
