Provision of Simultaneous Interpretation Services to UNAMA Afghanistan

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors for its requirement for The Provision of Simultaneous Interpretation Services to UNAMA Afghanistan on as and when required basis. UNAMA intends to establish a contract for The Provision of Simultaneous Interpretation Services to UNAMA Afghanistan on as and when required basis. It is anticipated that the initial contract period will be three (3) years, with UNAMA retaining the sole option to extend the contract for two (2) additional years (1+1). The duration of the contract shall at all times be subject to the continuation of UNAMA’s mandate, and the satisfactory performance of the Contractor. Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors only. Specific Requirements/Information Please read the bellow requirments carefully before expressing your interest. Please make sure you fulfil the bellow listed requirements. 1. Registration with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), www.ungm.org at Basic Level and preferably registered or submitted at Level 1. 2. Providing Proof of similar successful experience with national and international organizaitons during the bidding stage. 3. Providing Valid and updated business license during the biddging stage. Non-compliance to above mentioned criteria will result in disqualification of the vendor during the bidding exercise and evaluation stage.
