● Scope of Service: The vendor will design, manage, and facilitate a dedicated 2-day interactive
team-building retreat (17–18 November 2026). The session must focus entirely on human
connection, soft skills, interpersonal dynamics, and personal bonding following recent organizational
HR realignment. The scope strictly excludes traditional work presentations, programmatic
reviews, or operational reporting.
● Key Objectives for Facilitator:
1. Bridge Realignment Gaps & Foster Psychological Safety: Ease post-restructuring anxiety and
build mutual trust between legacy staff and newly onboarded personnel through safe,
non-judgmental group dialogue and exercises.
2. Deepen Personal Connections & Soft Skills: Engage 14–20 staff members in activities
emphasizing emotional intelligence, active listening, adaptive communication, and
interpersonal rapport.
3. Break Down Functional Silos: Conduct experiential group challenges requiring cross-unit
collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Programmes.
4. Establish Team Culture Charter: Guide the team through interactive exercises (e.g., Culture
Canvas Workshop) to co-create shared ground rules for mutual respect, inclusive teamwork,
and daily support.
