Description
UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a National NGOs/national research institutions/nationals firms to support the implementation of a mixed-methods study on inclusive health service delivery for sexual and gender minorities in Viet Nam.

Duty Station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam

Duration of Assignment: October 2026 - June 2027

Overall objectives:
- Provide technical inputs to UNDP’s desk review and analysis of relevant legal, policy and health-system frameworks affecting access to and delivery of health services for sexual and gender minorities;
- Implement the quantitative component to examine experiences of accessing and using health services, including key barriers, enabling factors and differences across relevant population groups;
- Implement the qualitative component to explore experiences and perspectives of sexual and gender minority service users, healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders;
- Integrate and interpret findings from the quantitative and qualitative components alongside the legal and policy analysis to identify key gaps, enabling practices and opportunities for improvement; and
- Develop and validate evidence-based recommendations through stakeholder consultation to inform more inclusive, respectful and responsive health service delivery in Viet Nam.
