Call for External Collaborator – Preparation of Project Concept Notes and Intervention Models Linking just transition and other workstreams, CO Jakarta

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Conduct a mapping of traditional and non-traditional donors to identify potential areas of relevance related to just transition, analysing areas of convergence with ILO’s experience and comparative advantage, and with constituents’ priorities • Develop 3 concept notes of approx. 5 pages taking into account the findings of the donor mapping, and leveraging learnings and results from the IKI JET projects, the final evaluation, and other experiences of the ILO as well as strategic opportunities for the ILO’s engagement in Indonesia given energy and macroeconomic priorities in the foreseeable future • Identify and facilitate potential linkages between the IKI JET project results and other initiatives and projects, paying particular attention to the area of economic diversification. • Facilitate updating of the joint trade union declaration • Assist with selecting winners of the social media challenge on JET initiated by IKI-JET The external collaborator will be responsible for collecting data or information with relevant stakeholders at the national and provincial levels through desk review or direct interviews.
