New clarification added: Question:The ITB requires bank statements as evidence of financial capacity. Would UNOPS accept a Line of Credit issued by our bank, in lieu of bank statements, to demonstrate our financial capacity? If accepted, please confirm any specific requirements for the document (e.g., minimum amount, validity period, issuing bank, or format).Answer: Sufficient liquidity can be demonstrated by: (i) Certified Bank Balance. The bank statement must be within the tender period.(ii) Credit facility from a Commercial Bank. The bank letter confirming the availability of line of credit must be specific for this ITB.For details please refere to eSourcing document tab (Small Works - ITB 04 Sections II, III, IV, V - ITB 2026 65011) financial capability under qualfication criteria.
