RFQ-for Sewing and tailoring skills training

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) South Sudan Country Office is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and legally registered vocational training institutions, specialized firms, or non-governmental organizations to deliver practical livelihood skills training and micro-enterprise management for 100 obstetric fistula survivors. The tender requirement is structured into two distinct lots: Lot 1 covers practical sewing, tailoring, and dressmaking training for 60 survivors delivered across 3 batches, and Lot 2 covers practical barbering, hair styling, pedicure, and manicure training for 40 survivors delivered across 2 batches. Each batch consists of an intensive 2-week practical training program aimed at rebuilding economic independence, self-confidence, and sustainable income-generating capacity for survivors in South Sudan. Qualified service providers may submit proposals for both lots
