3.4.1 Procurement and Supply of Family Planning Commodities, Benin City, Nigeria

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites qualified manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers of family planning and reproductive health commodities to participate in procurement process 3.4.1 Long-Term Agreement for Procurement and Supply of Family Planning Commodities, Lot 1 Contraconnect Initiative, Benin City Mayors Challenge, Nigeria. The objective of this procurement is to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the supply and delivery of family planning commodities to support improved access to quality contraceptive products and ensure their continuous availability throughout the implementation of the initiative. The selected supplier(s) will be expected to provide regulatory-compliant commodities and maintain the capacity to source, supply and deliver the required products within Nigeria in accordance with the technical specifications, quality assurance standards and delivery requirements set out in the solicitation documents.

UNDP encourages experienced and eligible suppliers with a proven track record in the supply of family planning, reproductive health, pharmaceutical, or medical commodities to participate in this opportunity. Interested firms should carefully review the solicitation requirements, including the commodity specifications, qualification requirements, quality assurance obligations, and commercial conditions, and assess their capacity to provide the requested commodities under a Long-Term Agreement arrangement. Suppliers capable of delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant products and maintaining a reliable supply chain throughout the contract period are invited to submit a quotation for consideration
