Description
The World Food Forum (WFF) is FAO's flagship youth initiative, convening young people aged 18–35 as agents of change in agrifood systems. WFF National Youth Chapters have been established in over 25 African countries, providing structured platforms for young advocates to engage in national and regional policy processes. In May 2026, FAO's Regional Office for Africa (RAF) conducted a Policy Advocacy Capacity Needs Assessment across all WFF National Youth Chapters in Africa, collecting responses from young advocates across 27 countries. The assessment established a data-driven baseline of members' current knowledge and experience and identified priority areas for capacity strengthening. In the context of these findings, and in line with its broader goal to strengthen youth engagement in agrifood policy processes across Africa, FAO RAF seeks a service provider to develop and deliver a policy advocacy training programme for WFF National Youth Chapter members. Please refer to the attached Invitation letter document for detailed Information.
