Description

The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Ukraine invites you to submit your proposal for the tender procedure: RFP 2026/EURO/UKR/0243. Technical Services to Develop and Deliver Scenario-Based Simulation Trainings on Infection Prevention Control (IPC) and ToT for Nursing Students and Medical College Educators.

WHO Country Office in Ukraine is looking for a reliable provider of the services for the organization of mentioned trainings, estimated contract duration is from December 2026 to June 2027.

You will find all required details in the attached documents.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP:

  • Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than October 20, 2026.
  • Please submit any requests for clarification no later than 18:00 (Kyiv time) on October 26, 2026.
  • Please prepare your Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit them in two separate emails no later than 18:00 (Kyiv time) on November 06, 2026.

The list of documents to be provided as part of the proposal is indicated in Annex C of the RFP.

Please note that a pre-proposal conference will be organized.

Companies interested in participating in the pre-proposal conference are requested to express their interest by replying to this procurement announcement by indicated email. An invitation to the online meeting, including connection details, will be sent to all interested participants. The tentative date of the pre-proposal conference is 16 October 2026. WHO reserves the right to adjust the meeting date and time, if required, and will inform registered participants accordingly.
