Outfitting Services for Classrooms, Office and Pantry at United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials

This REOI is issued on behalf of the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials (UNAKRT), by the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). UNAKRT is procuring services from experienced vendors to outfit classrooms, office and pantry at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, Building 40, Russian Federation Blvd (110), Mittapheap, 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The scope of work includes (1) Design, and (2) Supply and Install the interior furnishings, based on design in (1). (1) Design The selected Contractor to extend the existing interior style of the library and study room to the required space of approximately 217 metre square and produce drawings on elevations, ceiling plans, sections, details, 3D views/renderings, material boards, lighting concept, AV integration etc. (2) Supply and install The selected Contractor is expected to realise the design above, that includes supply and install, the following: - Wood work in décor and joinery for desks, pillars, wall cladding, pantry cabinet, partition, cabinet etc - Furniture - Celing works including acoustic features - Carpet - Roller blinds - Lighting - Electrical, network, security, audio-visual equiment cabling - Workmanship and product warranties This on-site work is expected to start in January 2027 and be completed within 60 days from the start date.
