Request for Expression of Interest: Supply of an Automated Temperature Control System (ATCS) for regional Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Ukraine

The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Ukraine is currently conducting a market assessment and would like to invite your organization to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) regarding the potential provision of an Automated Temperature Control System (ATCS) for regional Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Ukraine.

Please find attached the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) and the corresponding annexes for your review.

Interested companies are invited to complete and submit the requested documentation by October 16, 2026 at 18:00 (GMT 3.00).

In addition, we would appreciate it if you could share any available technical documentation for the proposed solution, such as product brochures, datasheets, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, user manuals, certificates, or any other materials that would help us better understand the capabilities and compliance of the proposed ATCS solution.

Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest is intended solely to support market research and procurement planning activities. Information provided will help WHO better understand available solutions and supplier capabilities and will not be used as part of any competitive evaluation process. Participation in this exercise does not guarantee inclusion in any future procurement process.

Should WHO decide to launch a formal procurement process in the future, all interested suppliers will have an equal opportunity to participate in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures.
