Establishment of Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) for the Supply and Installation of Prefabricated Structures and Associated Site Works across Syria

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Syria office wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for: LRFP-2026-9206591 for Establishment of Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) for the Supply and Installation of Prefabricated

Structures and Associated Site Works across Syria.

Submission deadline: Saturday, 31 October 2026, 23:59 Hrs, Syrian Time.

Bidders must send their proposals in two separate emails:

• Technical Proposal: subject line must read LRFP-2026-9206591 –company name – Technical Proposal.
• Financial Proposal: subject line must read LRFP-2026-9206591 – company name – Financial Proposal.

Please do not copy or send proposals to UNICEF staff. Proposals sent to individual UNICEF email accounts will be disqualified.

All instructions, terms, forms, and submission requirements are detailed in the LRFPS documents attached.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. All bids shall be submitted in EURO or USD for international companies, the national companies can submit their bids in (USD) or Syrian Pounds (SYP), the Contract will be issued in the same currency of the bid.
2. The payment will be processed in (USD or EURO) for international companies, while UNICEF will process the payments’ value in Syrian Pounds (SYP) as per the United Nations Exchange Rate on the date of payment process for national companies in case the bid was in USD.
3. Bidders must indicate the validity period of their bid. Bids should be valid for a period of not less than One  Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the LRPS deadline.
4. P.S: Kindly note that you should provide an Excel version of the Financial proposal in addition to the signed and stamped financial proposal.
5. Note: Please make sure that the size of each email individually is max at 15 MB, and proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
6. A Bid Conference  will be held online on Saturday, 13 October 2026, 14:00 Hrs, Syrian Time. The conference will be held online, attending is open to everyone by logging on from any smart phone or PC using the following link:
