National Lead Author/TL of VLR for Hainan TAP

Description of the Assignment:  

the Lead Author and Research Team Leader will provide overall technical and editorial leadership for the preparation of the Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Voluntary Local Review (VLR) under the Joint Programme. The consultant will lead and coordinate the VLR research team, guide the integration of the different analytical workstreams, and support UNDP in ensuring that the VLR is evidence-based, coherent and aligned with relevant UN and international guidance on VLRs and SDG localization.

Period of assignment/services: Expected Oct 2026 –  Apr 2027

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
