Call for External Collaborators to Provide English Language Editing and Finalization Services for the Summary Version of the Research Report, ILO CO-Beijing

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking an international individual to undertake an assignment as an External Collaborator. Assignment Summary The assignment involves the English-language editing and finalization of the summary version of the research report entitled “Labour Market and Employment Relations in the Mongolian Wool and Cashmere Sector: An Action-Oriented Study for Workplace Innovation and Youth Employment.” The current manuscript is approximately 25 pages in length and contains around 7,700 words. The selected editor will be responsible for substantive copy-editing and editorial quality assurance. The assignment does not require independent verification of the research methodology, findings, or underlying data. Any apparent factual, numerical, or technical inconsistencies identified during the editing process should be flagged to the authors and the ILO for clarification rather than resolved through assumption. The assignment is expected to require a total of 10 working days during the period from 22 October 2026 to 5 November 2026. The final deliverables will consist of: A Microsoft Word version with Track Changes showing all revisions; and A clean, publication-ready Microsoft Word version with all changes accepted.
