Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") would like your company to apply for the role of consultant to develop technical expertise on responsible digital wage payments. This role would be for key institutional partners, such as employers' organisations and business associations, the Ministry of Manpower, and trade unions. The consultant would also need to develop certified trainers who are well-equipped to provide effective training on responsible digital wage payments for enterprises, using ILO methodologies. To enable you to prepare and submit a bid, please refer to the attached Annexes in the attachment area. Your Bid must be received by the ILO no later than 16 October, 16:00 – Jakarta time. Late proposal shall be rejected. You may submit a proposal to the ILO provided that your company is qualified, able, and willing to deliver the services specified in this request. Participation in this request indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts provided as a link in Annex IV. Please note that nonconformity with the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts (Annex IV) can impact on the evaluation of a proposal. In addition, failure to comply with the requirements of this request and its Annexes may render a bid ineligible for consideration. In accordance with Article 2.2 in Annex 1, bidders must upload all components of their offer before the submission deadline through the ILO e-Sourcing platform. Once the submission deadline has expired, the system will block any further upload even if partially completed.
