The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of consultancy services related to the development of a methodology for systems monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) through its application to Uganda’s Food Systems Transformation Action Plan (FSTAP). Company registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace portal (UNGM) is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender as the procurement process is carried out exclusively on the UNGM portal.
