Executive Communications Consultant
WIPO is seeking an Executive Communications Consultant to provide high-quality speechwriting services for the Director General and support related communications priorities of the News and Media Division, ensuring all materials are evidence-based, strategically aligned and deliver clear, compelling messages across priority thematic areas. Executive writing assignments for other substantive areas are possible under this framework agreement.
Selected applicants will be offered a framework agreement for a period of up to five years, commencing on January 4, 2027.
Assignments will be issued on an as-needed basis, depending on business requirements during the framework agreement period. The framework agreement does not guarantee any minimum volume of work or number of assignments.
Individual assignments will specify, as appropriate, the scope of work, expected deliverables, timeframe and estimated level of effort. The work will be carried out on a flexible basis and will not necessarily require full-time engagement or continuous on-site presence.
If you are interested, please express your interest and consult the detailed Terms of Reference and other relevant information on the WIPO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your application before the specified deadline. Thank you.
