The purpose of this assignment is to support the Government of Uzbekistan and UNICEF Uzbekistan Country Office in developing a practical and institutionalized costing and financing framework for the National Early Childhood Development Strategic Framework for 2026-2030 and its related Action Plans.

Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails. The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a non-editable, password-protected format. Proposals sent or copied to any other email address may be disqualified. LRPS-2026- 9206558

The deadline for submission of clarification questions is 23 October 2026, 18:00 Tashkent time. Clarification questions should be sent to mkhudayberganova@unicef.org and must not be sent to the proposal submission email address. LRPS-2026- 9206558
