UNDP-TLS-00352 - Local consultant to support the final evaluation of the Community Infrastructure for Resilience Project (CIReP)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of one Local consultant to support the final evaluation of the Community Infrastructure for Resilience Project (CIReP), including stakeholder consultations, data collection and analysis, translation support, reporting, and documentation of lessons learned and recommendations for Timor-Leste. The consultant will work closely with the International Evaluation Consultant to conduct document reviews, data collection and analysis, stakeholder consultations, translation support, and coordination of field visits. The consultant will also prepare evaluation-related reports and a Lessons Learned Report to assess project results, document best practices, identify challenges, and provide recommendations for future programming and sustainability of project interventions.

Period of assignment/services: Approximately 30 days from December 2026 to February 2027 

Country Of Assignment : Timor-Leste
