Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

B] Financial Proposal and the Signed mandatory Bid form (Pages 3-5 of LRQS-2026-9206528 document)
C] Additional documents:
- MDM vendor creation Form (For vendor creation purposes)
- Two-year set of financial statements for the full financial year (preferably audited)
- Certificate of Incorporation (Business License)
- UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number. (If your company is not registered on UNGM you can create a profile in the UNGM
