Cette consultation porte sur l’acquisition de trente-six (36) machines à coudre électriques portatives pour la fermeture de sacs agricoles, comprenant la fourniture, la livraison, la mise en service et les services connexes. Ces équipements contribueront à renforcer les capacités de conditionnement des produits agricoles des coopératives rurales, notamment féminines, dans le cadre du projet au Tchad. Une formation de base des opérateurs et à la maintenance de premier niveau, en français pendant une journée à N’Djamena, devra être chiffrée séparément en option.

Procurement and Delivery of Portable Electric Bag Sewing Machines – FCA or CPT N’Djamena, Chad
This procurement covers the acquisition of thirty-six (36) portable electric sewing machines for closing agricultural bags, including supply, delivery, commissioning and related services. The equipment will strengthen agricultural product packaging capacities of rural cooperatives, particularly women’s groups, under the project in Chad. Basic training for operators and first-level maintenance, delivered in French over one day in N’Djamena, shall be priced separately as an option.

New clarification added: FR — Le soumissionnaire peut organiser le transport et les opérations logistiques par l’intermédiaire de son agent logistique, tout en restant responsable du respect des obligations contractuelles.Toutefois, la Section III prévoit une livraison CPT N’Djamena par fret aérien. Un transport routier depuis le Nigeria ne correspond donc pas à la modalité actuellement demandée et ne peut pas s’y substituer sans modification de la sollicitation.Pour l’option FCA, le soumissionnaire doit préciser le lieu exact de remise des marchandises. L’UNOPS organiserait alors le transport principal à partir de ce lieu.Veuillez présenter votre offre conformément aux options demandées et détailler les dispositions proposées dans votre plan de livraison et de logistique.EN — The bidder may arrange transportation and related logistics through its logistics agent while remaining responsible for fulfilling its contractual obligations.However, Section III specifies CPT N’Djamena delivery by airfreight. Road transportation from Nigeria therefore does not meet the delivery method currently requested and cannot replace it without an amendment to the solicitation.For the FCA option, the bidder must specify the exact place where the goods will be handed over. New clarification added: FR — Non. Les exigences de la sollicitation restent applicables. La formation, chiffrée séparément en option, doit être proposée en français pendant une journée à N’Djamena. Le soumissionnaire doit également désigner une société locale au Tchad qui représentera le fournisseur et servira d’intermédiaire pour la commande de pièces de rechange. Ses coordonnées doivent être fournies dans l’Annexe H.EN — No. The solicitation requirements remain applicable. Training, priced separately as an option, must be offered in French over one day in N’Djamena. The bidder must also designate a local company in Chad to act as the supplier’s representative and as an intermediary for the end customer when ordering spare parts. Its contact details must be provided in Annex H.
