Supply and delivery of tyres for OCHA Ethiopia

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Ethiopia requires the supply and delivery of tyres to support its humanitarian operations throughout the country. OCHA seeks to engage a qualified, experienced, and reliable supplier capable of providing high-quality products and timely delivery services. The resulting contract is expected to be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option, at OCHA's sole discretion, to extend the contract for an additional one (1) year subject to satisfactory performance and continuing operational requirements. The estimated annual requirement is approximately one hundred (100) tyres. Specific Requirements/Information The following mandatory requirements must be noted: a) The service provider must be able to supply and deliver the following brand new, unused, all-seasons tyres together with compatible inner tubes: - Tyre Size 7.50R16 - estimated quantity 82 units per year ; - Tyre Size 265/65R17 - estimate quantity 18 units per year. b) The supplier shall deliver the goods on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis to the OCHA Ehiopia office in Addis Abeba. c) The service provider must have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in supplying and delivering tyres to UN agencies, governmental, international of humanitarian organizations. d) The service provider must be able to deliver the tyres within a maximum period of four (4) weeks following the issuance of the Purchase Order. ===========================INFORMATION=========================== UN OCHA is committed to achieving diversity and inclusion in terms of gender, nationality, disability and culture amongst our prospective suppliers.
