Description
The Evaluation Office of UNESCO’s Division of Internal Oversight Services (IOS) is currently seeking proposals from a qualified individual to provide technical expertise and conduct the Evaluation of UNESCO’s Information for All Programme (IFAP) as described in the Terms of Reference attached. The evaluation is expected to take place between October 2026 and March 2027, with the individual consultant expected to start in October 2026. The estimated effort for this exercise is 30-40 working days.
