We intend to submit a compliant offer supported by existing international certifications.Regarding Requirement 21, we note that items 21.3 and 21.4 clearly state the subject matter (e.g., safety, materials), which allows bidders to confidently map their certifications. However, items 21.1, 21.2, and 21.5 list only standard numbers without specifying the subject matter or applicable ISO/IEC editions. New clarification added: Dear Bidders,We have received clarification questions regarding the tender specifications from an interested bidder.Please refer to the clarification question and UNOPS's response below for your consideration:Clarification Question:Dear sir/madam,We checked the market but there does not exist any manufacturer which can meet the requested technical specifications therefore I highly recommend you to update the technical specifications to an existing model. As far as we know, none of the major brands offer an axial-flow combine with approximately 200 hp engine power, T3 emissions compliance, equipped with a hillside leveling system, and meeting the specified ISO certification requirements.Based on my understanding of the market, these requirements may significantly limit the available options. It would therefore be worthwhile to verify whether all of these specifications are mandatory or if there is some flexibility regarding the combine type, engine power, or hillside requirements.UNOPS's Response:Dear Bidder,Thank you for reaching out for clarification.In consultation with our partner, we have updated the Schedule of Requirements to better encourage broader competition.
