Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings from UNOPS.

UNOPS, through the South Asia Multi-Country Office (SAMCO), is pleased to invite your organization to submit a proposal in response to the attached Request for Partnership Proposals (RFPP).

The RFPP aims to identify suitable partners to support the implementation of activities under the relevant thematic area(s). Based on your organization’s area of expertise, we kindly invite you to review the RFPP documents and submit your proposal in accordance with the requirements and instructions provided.

The relevant RFPP documents  include the following:

  1. Request for Partnership Proposals (RFPP) (Attached)

2. Proposal forms (Attached)

  1. Health systems and health security
  2. Climate, environment and resilience
  3. Economic development and livelihoods
  4. Governance, social inclusion and human development
  5. Digitalisation and innovation

3. Other documents (Attached)

  • Capacity assessment 
  • PSEA CA
  • Due diligence questionnaire
  • Declarations 
  • For Civil Society partners, register in the UN Partner Portal

Where applicable, Civil Society Organizations are also requested to ensure that they are registered in the UN Partner Portal.

Submission of Proposals

Please ensure that your completed proposal and all required supporting documents are submitted to UNOPS by email to the address specified in the RFPP no later than 16 November 2026 at 17:00 (Sri Lanka time, UTC+5:30).

Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered.

Questions and Clarifications

The period for submitting questions and seeking clarifications regarding the RFPP will remain open until 2 November 2026 at 17:00 (Sri Lanka time, UTC+5:30).

Responses to questions will be shared on a rolling basis with entities that have notified UNOPS of their interest in responding to the RFPP. 

We encourage you to carefully review all RFPP documents and ensure that your submission fully addresses the requirements set out therein.
