Consultancy services to facilitate the establishment of a regulatory function within the Department of WASH and pollution coordination in the Ministry of Agriculture, Mechanization and Water Resources Development. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the institutional capacity of the Department of WASH and Pollution Coordination to effectively:
- Coordinate the WASH sector across all levels
- Regulate WASH services in line with national standards
The assessment will generate evidence to inform capacity development, institutional strengthening, and operationalization of regulatory functions.
