Description
FAO is launching a tender for baseline data collection services for the “Adapting Philippine Agriculture to Climate Change (APA)” Project (GCP/PHI/071/GCF). The assignment will support the independent evaluation by FAO’s Office of Evaluation (OED) and comprises two lots: Lot 1 – Baseline Qualitative Data Collection: Key Informant Interviews with relevant institutional stakeholders to assess capacities, systems and arrangements for Climate Information Services (CIS) and Climate-Resilient Agriculture (CRA). Lot 2 – Baseline Quantitative Data Collection: Household and Farmer Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs) surveys in treatment and comparison areas to establish baseline values for key GCF and project-specific indicators. For both lots, the Contractor will collect, organize, code and upload data to FAO’s KoboToolbox platform.
