Description
Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The International Labour Organization (ILO), through the EU-funded Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP3) project and the SECO-funded Inclusive and Productive Employment in the Republic of Moldova Phase II, is commissioning a comparative legal assessment of special work engagement regimes in the Western Balkans and Moldova. The study will identify strengths, legal gaps and priorities for improvement to inform legislative and policy measures consistent with international labour standards.
The assessment will cover Serbia’s simplified seasonal work engagement regime, North Macedonia’s work engagement regime, and Moldova’s independent economic activity regime, as well as freelancers in Moldova where an official text is available by the research cut-off date. Adopted, in-force and draft legislation will be clearly distinguished.
The desk-based assessment, complemented by stakeholder interviews where necessary, will examine relevant labour, social security, tax, inspection and procedural provisions, institutional mandates, employment status, remedies, cooperation and monitoring.
If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
Thank you.
