Requirements validations, design, development, implementation and roll-out of a Child Protection Information Management System (CPIMS) for the Ministry of Women, Children and Social Protection (MWCSP)

This BIDDING PROCESS IS OPEN FOR ALL VENDORS.

Please find attached the specifications and the required forms to be filled. The Request for
Proposal for Services From (pages 3 to 5) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with your
offer. If the Request for Proposal for Services From (pages 3 to 5) is not provided, your
submission will be disqualified.

Your offer comprising of a Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal which should be filled,
signed and emailed separately to Pacificbids@unicef.org and referenced LRPS-2026-9206506 before 25th October 2026, (23:59 Fiji Time) as per below:
(i) First e-mail subject: LRPS-2026-9206506- Financial Offer (including additional documents)
(ii) Second e-mail subject: LRPS-2026-9206506- Technical Offer

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
