We cordially invite your company to submit your Technical and Financial Proposals for:
Institutional Technical Assistance for Strengthening Education Planning and Coordination Capacities in Sudan.
The interested service providers are requested to submit Proposal by email as per LRPS requirements. The proposals of local service providers will be strictly evaluated according to the LPRS documents.
- Bid closing date 15th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon Sudan local time.
- Proposer are requested to submit their questions to esaeed@unicef.org cc: wzhai@unicef.org before or on 8th of October 2026 12:00 noon Sudan time.

No financial information/price proposal should be included in your technical proposal submission.
Ensure to complete pages 3-5 of the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM and return with your Financial Proposal.
