The International Labour Office (hereinafter referred to as the "ILO") thanks you for your interest in its projects under this Request for Proposals (RFP).
Your proposal must be submitted before the deadline indicated on the eSourcing platform. Late submissions will not be considered.
You may submit a proposal to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, capable, and willing to deliver the services specified in this Request for Proposals.
Participation in this tender implies acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable to ILO contracts, as provided in the attached documents.
When uploading documents to the ILO eSourcing platform, please ensure that only technical proposal documents are uploaded to the Technical Envelope and that only the financial proposal is uploaded to the Financial Envelope. Failure to comply with this requirement may affect the eligibility of your proposal for evaluation.
Non-compliance with the ILO's General Conditions applicable to contracts and/or failure to meet the requirements set out in this Request for Proposals and its annexes may render a proposal ineligible.
