New clarification added: Question:Regarding financial statements for the last three years, would it be sufficient to submit the financial statements filed with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) for 2025, 2024, and 2023?Clarification:For the bidders registered in Serbia it is sufficient to submit statements filed with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) for 2025, 2024, and 2023, i.e. the statements that show the sufficient financial capability of the bidder, an aggregate turnover over the previous three financial years.
