Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: This assignment involves the assessment of the effectiveness, impact, relevance, sustainability, and inclusiveness of labour-based civil engineering training provided to young beneficiaries. The consultant activities will include document review, quantitative surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, technical audits of infrastructure works, and analysis of employment, income, skills acquisition, and labour market outcomes. The consultant will produce an inception report, field data collection report, draft and final impact assessment reports, and a validation workshop presentation. The assessment will generate evidence-based findings, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations to inform future ILO and partner interventions on youth employment, skills development, and labour-based public works programmes. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
