RFQ/334/2026/MAA/ROLAC - Final Call: Engagement of NGOs to Support Local Action Groups and Local Economic Development under the PROSPER Project

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) invites your organization to submit an offer in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Through this solicitation, the ILO seeks to engage multiple qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to deliver the services specified in the RFQ and its Annexes. To prepare and submit your offer, please review the Annexes available in the attachment area of the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer). Your offer must be received by the deadline specified on the platform. Late offers shall be rejected. Participation is open to NGOs that are qualified, able, and willing to deliver the required services in accordance with the scope of work and requirements set out in this RFQ. Submission of an offer indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts, provided through the link in Annex IV. Non-conformity with these Terms and Conditions or the additional contractual conditions specified in section 2.6 may affect the evaluation of an offer. Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFQ and its Annexes may render an offer ineligible for consideration. In accordance with Article 2.2 of Annex I, bidders must upload all components of their offer through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform before the submission deadline. Once the deadline has passed, the system will block further uploads, including submissions that are only partially completed.
