PROVISION OF MORTUARY AND HUMAN REMAINS REPATRIATION SERVICES FOR THE UNITED NATIONS SUPPORT OFFICE IN HAITI (UNSOH)

The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested, qualified and experienced companies/ bodies for the Provision of mortuary, funeral, transportation, documentation and human remains repatriation services in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Guadeloupe and Martinique. Potential companies shall provide on an "as and when required" basis services to support the dignified, professional, secure and timely handling, preparation, transportation and repatriation of human remains within the location indicated above and transportation of the remains to the country of destination. The specifications of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation, UNSOH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicition when issued. Specific Requirements/Information To respond to this Request: The interested firms must express the interest electronically or complete the Vendor Response Form and return it to unsoh-procurement@un.org, copy to anoh@un.org and kornio@un.org to the attention of Aka Alfred Anoh (Mr.) before the closing date on 15 October 2026 at 03:00 pm, Port-au-Prince (Haiti) time. UNSOH reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest that are incomplete, incorrect, or are received after the stated deadline.
