1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from specialised companies, to establish a Contract for the Provision of Warehouse Support for MINUSCA Centralized Warehouse in Bangui and the Regional Warehouses located in Bria, Kaga-Bandoro, Bouar, and Bangassou, the Central African Republic. La Mission multidimensionnelle intégrée des Nations unies pour la stabilisation en République centrafricaine (MINUSCA) sollicite par la présente des manifestations d'intérêt (EOI) de la part d'entreprises spécialisées, afin d'établir un contrat pour la fourniture des services d'appui à la gestion de l' entrepôt central de la MINUSCA à Bangui, ainsi que des entrepôts régionaux situés à Bria, Kaga-Bandoro, Bouar et Bangassou, en République centrafricaine. 2. The required services at the five (5) warehouse locations mentioned above include but are not limited to the provision of: - Support services during Receiving & Inspection of incoming consignments of serialized and non-serialized materials - Warehouse support services consisting of put-away of serialized and non-serialized materials upon completion of Receiving & Inspection process - Disposal support services of serialized and non-serialized materials - Cycle count support services of inventories Les services requis dans les cinq (5) entrepôts mentionnés ci-dessus comprennent, sans s'y limiter, à l'exécution des tâches suivantes: - Réception et Inspection de matériels entrants, sérialisés et non sérialisés - Mise à l'écart de matériels concernés, sérialisés et non sérialisés, à l'issue du processus de Réception et d'Inspection - Cession de matériels concernés, sérialisés et non sérialisés - Comptage cyclique des stocks. 3. Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail to minusca-eoi@un.org, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Provision of Warehouse Support Services for MINUSCA Centralized Warehouse in Bangui and the Regional Warehouses located in Bria, Kaga-Bandoro, Bouar, and Bangassou, the Central African Republic", no later than Thursday 15 October 2026. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
