Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership, will conduct a three-day in-person Writeshop on Investment Concept Paper Development in Baguio City for representatives from MBLISTTDA, partner LGUs, national government agencies, and project stakeholders. The activity aims to support participating LGUs in transforming their identified circular economy priorities into concrete and investment-ready project concepts, while strengthening their capacity to engage potential investors, development partners, and funding institutions.

The writeshop specifically seeks to:

  • Validate and prioritize potential investment projects based on local development priorities, needs, and opportunities.
  • Identify investment opportunities that address key development gaps and emerging challenges within participating LGUs.
  • Strengthen participants capacity to develop project concept papers, including project rationale, objectives, activities, expected results, investment requirements, and potential funding sources.
  • Enhance participants skills in presenting and pitching project concepts to potential investors, development partners, and other stakeholders.
