UNICEF Zimbabwe hereby invites legally registered institutions and consultancy firms to submit proposals for LRFP 2026 9206178 – Consultancy Services for Institutional Consultancy to Strengthen Zimbabwe’s Inclusive Early Childhood Education (ECE) System.

Please note that UNICEF does not charge any fees at any stage of the solicitation process, including application, evaluation, or contract award.

• Proposals must be submitted only to the designated email address: bidszim@unicef.org.

• Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to omhungu@unicef.org, amachekano@unicef.org, tmurevanhema@unicef.org, and amagudhu@unicef.org no later than 1st October 2026 at 16:00 hours (Harare local time) to allow sufficient time for UNICEF to issue responses, where applicable.

• The deadline for submission of proposals is 9th October 2026 at 10:00 hours (Harare local time).
