Local/Commercial Variety of Onion, Maize, Soybean, Chickpea, Eggplant, Okra and Potato Seeds and Hybrid Cauliflower and Cabbage Seeds

Dear Bidders, The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites qualified National suppliers ONLY to submit their best offer for procurement and delivery of 408 234 kg of vegetable and summer crops seeds (407 234 KG of OPV and Certified vegetable and summer crops seeds and 1 000 sachets of hybrid cauliflower and cabbage seeds) with the delivery timeline of 6 weeks but no later than 15 February 2027. The requirements under this ITB have been presented in two Options, which are listed below in order of priority for FAO: • Option No. 1: DPU (Incoterms® 2020) – Delivery to FAO Warehouses in Herat, Kabul, and Mazar-e-Sharif. • Option No. 2: DPU (Incoterms® 2020) – Delivery to Designated District-Level Destinations. We strongly recommend all interested suppliers to carefully review the ITB document and its appendices. Failure to comply with the ITB terms and conditions—particularly the mandatory requirements—will result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
