Description

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) MENA Office, is inviting qualified and interested service providers to express their interest in the provision of Web / App Development and Maintenance Services for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to identify interested service providers with relevant experience and capabilities that may be considered for participation in a forthcoming formal procurement and selection process.

The scope includes web and digital platform development, mobile application development and maintenance, systems and payment integrations, UI/UX and digital optimization, technical maintenance, security, hosting, and technical support.

Detailed technical and financial proposals are not required at this stage.

Interested companies are requested to review the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) and submit the requested information in accordance with the instructions provided therein.

Deadline for submission: 22 October 2026, CoB 23:59 hrs UAE Time.
