Description

The Global Disability Fund (GDF), seeks an independent evaluation of the GDF 2020–2025 Strategy and its contribution to disability-inclusive systems change. The assignment will review evidence across 62 programmes in 21 countries and conduct 5–7 in-depth country case studies. It will assess outcomes for persons with disabilities, changes in policies, institutions and systems, GDF’s contribution, and the sustainability and potential for adaptation, replication and scale of observed changes. The evaluation will include a dedicated assessment of the GDF Care and Support Systems programme and provide practical recommendations to inform implementation of the 2025–2030 Strategy.
