UNICEF Bangladesh Spot Auction Notice

AUCTION NOTICE

UNICEF Bangladesh Country Office invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms, and institutions for the purchase of obsolete office equipment, furniture, ICT accessories, stationery, electrical appliances, air conditioners, printers, monitors, toners, UPS units, and other miscellaneous items on an "As-Is-Where-Is" basis.

Inspection Dates:

• 4-5 October 2026: 09:00 AM-03:00 PM
• 6 October 2026: 09:00 AM-01:00 PM

Bid Submission Deadline: 6 October 2026 at 1:00 PM

Bid Opening: 6 October 2026 at 2:00 PM

Instructions for Bidders

1. Interested bidders must register with a valid NID or government-issued photo ID to obtain the Bid Schedule and gain access to the inspection area.
2. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidding entity will be permitted to inspect the items. Inspections will be conducted under the supervision of authorized UNICEF personnel. The inspection duration will be limited to 30 minutes per bidder.
3. Visitors must leave the UNICEF premises immediately after completing the inspection.
4. Bidders may submit their sealed bids into the designated bid box during the inspection and bidding period.
5. Late submissions will not be considered.

The successful bidder will be responsible for all taxes, duties, transportation, and related costs. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.

Venue: UNICEF Bangladesh Country Office, Plot E-30, Syed Mahbub Morshed Avenue, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh.
